Project Title:
Construction of a Rice Processing, Packaging and Logistics Center in Tört-Köl
Project Objective:
To enhance the competitiveness of Uzgen rice, expand processing and packaging capacities, and increase export volumes through the development of modern logistics infrastructure.
Project Information:
The project includes the establishment of a modern facility for rice processing, packaging, and logistics. Under the CASA-1000 project, advanced export-oriented equipment has been procured to meet international quality and export standards.
In addition, with the support of the Agribusiness Competitiveness Center, concessional financing has been provided for the purchase of modern agricultural machinery. The project includes the acquisition of tractors, combines, excavators, cargo trucks, agricultural drones, and specialized rice cultivation equipment.
The implementation of the project will create modern infrastructure for rice storage, processing, packaging, and export, improve agricultural productivity, and increase the income of local farmers.

Project Budget:
KGS 106,800,000.
Including:
- KGS 6,800,000 for the procurement of modern export-oriented equipment;
- KGS 100,000,000 in concessional financing at 1.5% interest for agricultural machinery and rice sector development.
