In accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 21 of April 1, 2022, “On the Regulation of Land Legal Relations,” and the Regulation “On the Procedure for Conducting Land Amnesty,” approved by Resolution No. 291 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated May 31, 2022, the acceptance of applications for the legalization of unauthorized or unfinished residential houses will be terminated on June 1, 2025.
Citizens who own self-constructed individual residential houses or unfinished residential buildings that meet the requirements established by the above-mentioned legal acts must submit their applications before the deadline to the relevant Rural Municipality Administration (Ayil Okmotu) or to the Land Amnesty Commission under the Uzgen District State Administration.
Applications submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted.
Citizens are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity provided by the state to legalize their residential properties and obtain the necessary legal documentation in a timely manner.
