Project Title:
Construction of the Central “Bereke Bazaar” Market in Uzgen
Project Objective:
To support entrepreneurship, create new employment opportunities, and improve the quality of trade services through the establishment of a modern trade and logistics center.
Project Information:
The project is being implemented through a Public-Private Partnership mechanism and предусматривает the construction of a modern commercial complex on a 14-hectare site. The complex will include retail pavilions, dedicated sections for construction materials and agricultural products, warehouse facilities, technical service areas, food service establishments, a prayer room, a pharmacy, administrative buildings, and modern engineering infrastructure. Parking facilities for more than 500 vehicles will also be provided.
Upon completion, the project is expected to create more than 250 direct jobs and over 1,000 indirect jobs. The new market will become an important regional trade and logistics hub, providing favorable conditions for entrepreneurs and local producers.
Funding Source:
Private investment under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) framework — Alliance Invest Group LLC.
Project Budget:
KGS 1,100,000,000 (1.1 billion Kyrgyz soms).
Implementation Period:
2025–2028 (construction phase — 3 years).
