Tort-Kol Rural Municipality, in cooperation with the Public-Private Partnership Center under the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, announces the launch of a direct negotiation procedure for selecting a private partner to implement the Public-Private Partnership Project “Reconstruction of Bereke Bazaar Market”.
The project aims to comprehensively reconstruct and modernize the Bereke Bazaar Market, bringing the facility into compliance with modern commercial standards, improving trade infrastructure, enhancing service quality, and creating favorable conditions for business development.
The project includes the modernization of the existing market infrastructure, construction of modern trading pavilions, improvement of public spaces, renovation of engineering networks, development of parking facilities, and the creation of a comfortable environment for vendors and visitors.
The direct negotiation procedure is conducted in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on Public-Private Partnerships.
As part of the project review process, a proposal submitted by Tort-Kol Rural Municipality and an investment proposal from Alliance Invest Group LLC have been accepted for consideration. The proposal envisages the implementation of the project with a total investment volume of KGS 1,100,000,000 (one billion one hundred million Kyrgyz soms).
Interested legal entities and individuals are invited to submit their applications and proposals to participate in the direct negotiations by March 10, 2026.
